The IOA has access to the very best products in the marketplace. We directly participate in machine testing and have full access to industry test information.
IOA product knowledge is second to none. It has to be, members are spending their own money.
We insist on developing all the amusement machines in the outlet. The IOA is not owned by venture capitalists and our equipment purchases are not constrained by accountants.
The IOA was the first major supplier to purchase digital jukeboxes and Gamepack Smart in significant numbers.
The IOA have no manufacturing interests and so machine purchases are based solely on machine performance.

Superior Service Standards

To ensure superior machine performance and security from each member company, the IOA provide a common set of operating standards.
Our experience suggests we are the industry “benchmark” in terms of injection of new models, timely machine changes and minimum machine downtime.
We allocate work in such a way that our staff are not overstretched and are not forced to cut corners. Thus we retain the best staff and morale is relatively high. This is the main reason we are able to maintain excellent operating standards and why the IOA has had such success boosting the cashbox.

Excellent Working Relationships

To ensure effective communication, we provide one senior representative to control and co-ordinate the supply of machines to each individual account.
To simplify administration, we produce consolidated machine management reports and accounts.
