IOA sets the tone with a new corporate identity
The Independent Operators Association has selected London show week to unveil a new corporate identity, which it believes more accurately communicates the unique services that the organisation is able to offer its customers.
The logo, which will begin its roll-out in February, has been designed to reflect the IOA's credentials as Britain's second biggest national machine operator.Paul Langham, who has been in charge of the project, believes that the new look is part of a wider process which will enable the IOA to connect with a broader community of buyers and influencers. He explained: "I think in the past we've been slightly guilty of hiding our lights under a bushel. Whilst we will always put great customer service over a great logo there's absolutely no reason why we can't combine the two." He added: "In addition to our new logo we've employed a professional communications agency, adopted our first charity in the form of Help for Heroes and undertaken a market research survey to measure how we are perceived in the market. All of this has been achieved in just four months and I believe sets the standard for the year ahead."
